The INNOVAL industrial pharmacy in Dagmersellen performs the legally required monitoring and control procedures for the shipment of medicines to patients for major customers.
The industrial pharmacy validates the doctor's prescriptions, clarifies any errors in the composition of the prescription, monitors the dosages, analyzes for contraindications and drug interactions, and controls the reference quantities.
Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
The INNOVAL industrial pharmacy monitors compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP). It defines the sum of all measures to ensure the pharmacological properties and physical integrity of medicinal products during logistics operations.
It guarantees patients the last step before medication, which is unprepared delivery to the home (floor delivery).
This means that medicinal products are used intact in the typical distribution chain for the patient and fully functional with regard to active ingredients and excipients. This also requires compliance with the temperature ranges 15-25°C (ambient) or 2-8°C (cold chain).
Patient privacy
The INNOVAL industrial pharmacy takes all measures to implement patient data protection without compromise and obliges its business partners to do the same.
Every customer / person is entitled to privacy protection as well as protection against misuse of their personal data. The totally revised Data Protection Act (DSG) and the implementing provisions in the new Data Protection Ordinance (DSV) and the new Ordinance on Data Protection Certifications (VDSZ) come into force on September 1, 2023. The INNOVAL Industrial Pharmacy complies with these provisions in full and without reservation. Personal data is thus treated as strictly confidential and strictly protected from access by third parties.
